Consistent hikes prevent problems such as anxiousness, barking/chewing, boredom, and being overweight.We offer off-leash walks, hikes, and runs for dogs with the Boulder Voice and Sight tag.Additional services include leashed dog walking, running, canicross, overnight house sitting, pet sitting, and drop-in visits.

Hi! My name is Kamil Skwarek. When I was ten years old, my family got a Golden Retriever puppy. We lived in a close-knit neighborhood on a dead-end street with dogs roaming freely outside.My enduring memory from my childhood is riding my bike up and down the street with my golden never far behind. I've been a dog person ever since.As I grew older, I hiked the Te Araroa Trail, a five-month 1,864 mile thru-hike across New Zealand. I've done other multi-day hikes like the John Muir Trail in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal.The common theme between my childhood and my time in nature is a sense of freedom and adventure. As many others do, I live in Boulder for access to the mountains.Just as humans love the freedom of an open trail, dogs do too. For dog owners, it's difficult to balance commitments and provide the daily exercise their pups need. For higher-energy dogs, a neighborhood walk is not enough.When I was laid off from my tech job in October 2022, I started as a dog walker on Rover as a side hustle. After dozens of conversations with dog owners, I discovered a demand for active and high-energy dogs utilizing the Boulder Voice and Sight program and dog friendly off-leash trails.With Off Leash Dog Walks, I combine my love for the outdoors with the lifelong bond I've formed with man's best friend.
Recommendations and benefits for dogs
🐕 Dogs need at least 30 minutes and ideally one to two hours of exercise daily to help keep them healthy. Your dog may need more or less depending on age, breed, and tolerance.
🐕 According to a 2018 survey conducted by the Association for Pet Obesity Prevention, 56% of dogs in the United States are overweight or obese. Extra weight can cause health issues including diabetes, heart problems, and arthritis.
